In principle, our spray-applied coatings have a typical roughness depending on the coating. However, other roughnesses can also be obtained by special adjustment of the treatment window.

When designing the layer structure, it is therefore possible to choose an intermediate layer as a structuring coating to achieve a specific structured surface.

Depending on the application, structured surfaces can be used to perform special tasks such as stamping transported products (films, fabrics, etc.) or transmitting traction with flat running properties. For the friction and sliding layers, the choice of suitable materials enables application-specific adjustment.
